Taipei pictures

Backtracking again: here are the highlights from Taiwan. The school buildings have been finished at Fuhsing (when I first went, they just had the first block, and the second block only opened while I was teaching there).
A portable convenience store.
I had a nice lunch with Marvin, who Carole and I both used to tutor.
I had to giggle at this. I don't really think the bike lock was necessary, but you never know!
Julia and I spent Saturday at the Orchid Market and the Jade market. Flowers and jewellery at discount prices, it doesn't get much better than that!
At the Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall.
One of my "happy places" in Taipei. The 101 area is full of shopping, theatres and restaurants.
